consultD, Inc. Web Hosting and Technology Services has implemented a robust Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) system to assist customers with common questions encountered every day.
This new F.A.Q. system not only allows the customers to search for helpful information regarding implementing their websites and configurations, it also allows the customers to add their helpful tips and tricks to the database. Other features include the ability to rate how helpful the various F.A.Q.s are but also printing them to a PDF file, printing them to printer, email a specific F.A.Q. to others and export a specific F.A.Q. as an XML document.
